 | Fox Hollow Golf Club (New Port Richey, FL) Played April 9, 2002. The course was interesting and in excellent condition. Well marked tees and yardage markers are very accurate. Loved the gators too. First class course. - Total Reviews: 3 |

 | Westchase Golf Club (Tampa, FL) This is truely one of the more picturesque courses that I have ever played. The fairways always seem to be plush and in good shape. One comment about the course condition would be that the greens are sometimes inconsistent as far as speed is concerned.
The staff does a fairly decent job at keeping the course of play moving, but could do a bit better job. The cost of the course is somewhat high, and I would like to see a $10 to $20 drop in average greens fees. If this were to take place, I guarantee that the course would see alot more action. - Total Reviews: 2 |

 | Diamond Hill Golf & Country Club (Dover, FL) This course is a great value if you can play in the afternoons the rates are almost half of other nearby courses. However weekend afternoon play can be fairly slow due to all the locals taking advantage of the low rates. This course has some very challenging holes. Number nine is 600+ yards from the blues, long hitters may have to lay up due to a lake. You cant be too short though because the hole makes a sharp turn to the left. The second shot across the lake is to a very wide open fairway with the green 275yds past the water. Very few would be capable of driving this green in two shots. - Total Reviews: 1 |

 | Summerfield Golf Club (Riverview, FL) This course is a hidden jewel. Kind of off the beaten path but very inexpensive considering the quality of golf. Water comes into play on many of the holes so bring plenty of extra balls. The course has 4 tee boxes to challenge golfers of all skill levels. The greens are very well kept. It is usually not too difficult to walk-on if your a single or twosome, but call for preferred tee times. The rates come down considerably in the afternoons. - Total Reviews: 3 |

 | University of South Florida Golf Course (Tampa, FL) This is one tough course. The signature hole is nicknamed 'The Claw' It is a long, narrow par 5 with a sharp dogleg left but you have to be long and straight to reach it. If you try to cut the corner a tall gnarled tree...'The Claw' will seem to reach out and grab your ball. If you get past the turn you still have a very long shot to the green. Lots of gators in the various water areas on the course. Watch your step if your ball hawking around the water. Weekday afternoon rates are very cheap. - Total Reviews: 5 |
