Maderas Country Club - Maderas Country Club (Poway, CA) The service at Maderas is by far the best I've expierenced In San Diego!.. Course is breathtaking and the conditions are tour quality. FAST greens!!! The best course in S.D. bar none! - Total Reviews: 3

Riverwalk Golf Club - Presidio/Mission (San Diego, CA) Overall a very enjoyable round. I played the Mission and Frairs courses. Both were challenging, but not too hard. However, the LARGE greens were lightening fast, making it very difficult for a hacker to keep from lipping out. - Total Reviews: 1

| Mt. Woodson Country Club (Ramona, CA) This course definitely favors the accurate golfer, not the long hitter.

Admiral Baker Golf Course - North (San Diego, CA) From rolling hills to Elevated tees and greens, this is one of the better courses for an enjoyable round and to learn course management. The atmosphere is more like courses in the Monterey area with the open fairways, tricky greens and even the deer feeding throughout the course. A great place to escape the troubles of the day. - Total Reviews: 6

Twin Oaks Golf Course (San Marcos, CA) Beautiful scenic course with its share of hazards but not too intimidating for the novice golfer. Only negative is play can be slow at times, real slow. - Total Reviews: 3

DoubleTree Carmel Highland Resort (San Diego, CA) Huge fairways, easily avoidable hazards, average greens. Doubletree is an easy par 72 course, especially for high handicap golfers. Yet fun and challenging enough for serious golfers. - Total Reviews: 3

Carmel Mountain Ranch Country Club (San Diego, CA) Challenging course for any level golfer. The hazards can be intimidating and are perfectly arranged along and sometimes in the middle of the fairways. Be prepared to leave with considerably less golf balls then when you started. - Total Reviews: 1

Oaks North Golf Course - North/East (San Diego, CA) This is the ideal course for those looking to perfect iron and wedge play. With only 2 par 5's on each course, Oaks North allows golfers to gauge and practice irons and wedges well. The par fives and short par fours allow longer hitters to try for those elusive eagles! - Total Reviews: 1

Encinitas Ranch Golf Course (Encinitas, CA) A very fun course. Tough to get in trouble but varied enough to stay interestiung. Great views. - Total Reviews: 2

Meadows Del Mar, The (San Diego, CA) This is an outstanding course. The layout is spectacular, service is great. You would be hard pressed to find a better course anywhere that is open to the public. The only negative is rubber mats on the range. The range itself however is really nice and brand new. - Total Reviews: 3
