I play this most (because of resident discount)and managed sub 90 rounds 12 times this last summer, which is great for me. Contrary to other writeup, most greens are not flat but have mild to considerable slopes to deal with. This summer they added a whole bunch of fairway bunkers and an additional one by several greens. Accuracy off the tee much more important now - if you drive that far - but even I can end up in some with only slightly errant drive.
Grass always in great shape, right up to skimming and reseeding time. Very pleasant and helpful staff.
