I've played this course before and it's always been decent, however, I've just returned from a trip to the beach and this was my worst experience ever. The ranger worked hard to keep the pace going, which was one saving grace. They charged $47 which would not be bad for a morning round in the summer, except they had no greens! Every green was horrible on the course. It was similar to playing a cow pasture course for big money. The ranger told me everywhere around there was like this, but this is the only course I saw with bad greens. I complained to the pro shop to no avail. No refund, no rain check, no apology, no return of my business!
